Building a new home involves a lot of details, and being an informed home buyer is important to the building process. You may be familiar with floor plans and blueprints, but what about construction specifications?

Construction drawings note the dimensions, scale, and general appearance of a new home, but the builder’s home specifications go into further detail about what the finished product will look like and what exact products will be used.

Not all home builders are alike and everyone has their own set of home specifications as a base standard when building custom homes.  At Marr Quality Homes, we pride ourselves on having a home specification list that is above and beyond that which is required by state and local code.  We want you to be 100% satisfied in your new home for years to come.  If there is an upgrade or feature you would like to see – just ask.  If there is something you do not understand, we are here to help walk you through the entire process!
